Lead and grow our Safety service area, leveraging significant consulting experience and private-sector client relationships.RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand ERM's Safety client base.
• Win new safety services annually and develop new business opportunities.
• Manage safety auditing, compliance, and management projects for industrial clients.
• Lead and mentor the technical team for overall success.
• Support cross-selling of ERM's consulting services.
• Coordinate with ERM offices globally.REQUIREMENTS:
  • BS/MS in related area.
  • 6+ years of relevant consulting/industry experience in safety services.
  • Proven track record in business growth strategies in Safety.
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Recognized technical expertise and established reputation in the local marketplace.GREAT TO HAVE:
