Your days are spent actually meeting with prospects and selling homes instead of searching for your next prospect.

This is an exceptional opportunity to successfully close a minimum of 36 transactions in your 1st year, as much as double that in the 2nd year, and earn over $100k net income. Our agents have the support and opportunity to work in multiple markets in central Texas including the Killeen-Temple area and Austin-Round Rock area. - Your inquiry will be held in the strictest confidence.

Responsibilities:
--- Help educate and guide clients continually through the buying process
--- Create and present documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, and disclosures
--- Participate in regular training sessions hosted weekly to enhance your sales, closing, and professional skills
--- Meet directly and virtually with potential homeowners to find their property desires and navigate the Home Buying process
--- Advocate for our client's best interests
--- Be self-motivated and accountable for goals
--- Connect with buyers and sellers that we provide for you through strategic marketing and advertising.
--- Be willing to educate and problem-solve to meet clients' needs
--- Be committed to joining the team in our community give-back initiatives
--- Be dedicated to building and improving your skills to provide excellent client experiences
--- Communicate with clients proactively and regularly
--- Full-time Broker coach and mentor available to help you
--- No technology fees or desk fees

Qualifications:
--- Texas Real Estate Salesperson License required (currently licensed or pursuing one)
--- Customer service or real estate sales background preferred
--- Serve as a strong advocate for clients and their goals
--- Good organizational and time management skills
--- Maintain a professional dress standard
