Kingfisher Roofing is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team of professionals. This is not your average sales role-we're looking for a strategic closer who values integrity, understands relationship-building, and can confidently guide customers through the roofing process from inspection to project closeout. We offer a competitive upside commission and full support infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
Leverage pre-qualified leads provided by the company to close sales efficiently.

--- Supplement your pipeline with self-generated business through referrals and community engagement.
--- Conduct roof and property inspections to assess damage and create compelling repair/replacement proposals.
--- Manage customer relationships from initial contact to project completion, delivering a premium customer experience.
--- Collaborate with insurance adjusters to assist homeowners during the claims process.
--- Present material and color options that align with homeowner preferences and project requirements.
--- Collect customer payments and maintain accurate documentation in our CRM.
--- Represent Kingfisher Roofing at trade shows, community events, and sales meetings.
--- Keep leadership informed of account status, challenges, and competitive insights via our CRM.

Qualifications:
--- Proven track record in field sales or business development (experience in construction, roofing, or home services is a plus).
--- You are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrive on exceeding targets.
--- You bring exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
--- Strong moral character with a history of ethical, responsible behavior-integrity is non-negotiable.
--- Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn our CRM system.
--- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
--- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.


Preferred (but Not Required)
--- Experience in roofing or construction
--- Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and techniques
--- Familiarity with insurance claims and project planning
--- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a sales-related role
