Job Description:
First Fidelity Bank seeks a motivated and results-driven
Territory Sales Manager to join our family-owned institution, which
has been committed to providing tailored banking solutions and
exceptional service to both individuals and businesses. As a key
member of our sales team, the successful candidate will be
responsible for managing sales activities within their assigned
territory, developing strategies to meet sales targets, and
strengthening client relationships. Develop and execute strategic
plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within
the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting
customer relationships. Partner with customers to understand their
business needs and objectives. Effectively communicate the value
proposition through proposals and presentations. Report on forces
that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
Identify industry trends and customer needs to position First
Fidelity Bank competitively. Collaborate with sales team to
identify and grow opportunities within territory. Attend industry
events, conferences, and meetings to network and promote the bank.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong
verbal and written communication skills. Adept at financial data
analysis and reporting. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft
Office Suite. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or
equivalent is highly preferred. Relevant licenses for selling
financial and insurance products as required by state law.
