Laboratory Scientist III to join its high-performing lab team in a
full-time day shift role. This is your opportunity to step into a

Responsibilities Perform and oversee a broad range of laboratory
testing in compliance with regulatory and departmental standards
Assist in supervising daily lab operations, mentoring staff, and
addressing escalated technical issues Maintain high standards for
accuracy and quality control; lead equipment maintenance,
calibration, and troubleshooting Ensure timely and precise
reporting of test results for optimal patient outcomes Foster clear
communication and collaboration across interdisciplinary healthcare
teams Support inventory control, safety, and infection prevention
procedures Participate in laboratory education initiatives and
mentor junior staff members Minimum Qualifications Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field;
or 4 years of relevant experience beyond the minimum requirements
Experience: At least 3 years of clinical lab experience, with 1 or
more years in a leadership or supervisory capacity preferred
Certification: Must hold a valid certification from one of the
following: American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) American
Medical Technologists (AMT) American Board of Histocompatibility
(ABHI) American Association of Bioanalysts (AAB) Grandfathered HEW
